This private flat is located near the river and is conveniently close to Murdoch University, Fiona Hospital and Perth CBD. You will love the quite neighbourhood and the stunning walks around the river. This flat is spacious, clean, and modern with a separate entry for complete privacy and is completely self-contained. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable with free Wifi and Netflix. The area is spacious with ample shelving and hanging space for your clothes. Your own personal flat in the highly sought-after suburb of Rossmoyne with a separate entry and is conveniently close to the river.
This cozy flat has one fully furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet, perfect for storing all your clothes and extra materials. The bedroom is directly connected and is accessed through the bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
The main living area is spacious with its sofa and TV (complimentary Wifi and Netflix provided). The modern, fully equipped kitchen is self-sufficient as it includes an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, and a big fridge. The self-supporting area includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and drier. Perfect and convenient for anyone wishing for a non-tedious stay!
No AC is currently available. However, the unit is conveniently located on the lower ground and is close to the river. Hence, the heat does not permeate the premises and it does not get too hot during the summertime. However, there is a fan available in the bedroom.
Your modern flat has its very own private entry and a one-car parking area available in the driveway. It is a shared driveway with us. However, street parking is also available for those who need them.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at the Casa Tuscany and would definitely go back there, the hosts were amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. If your looking for a beautiful place to stay that has everything you need then I would highly recommend to stay here, it is also conveniently located and the views of the river here are just amazing.Will definitely be coming back again!

Casa Tuscany was a in lovely location and we enjoyed our time there. Communication was good and Devi supplied everything that made you feel welcome when you arrived. Although a fan was supplied, installation of an air conditioner is highly recommended as the unit became quite warm. We would definitely recommend staying at Casa Tuscany.

Casa Tuscany rates right up with the best holiday accommodation my wife and I have stayed at. The unit is exceptional and beautifully presented right down to the 'welcome' basket of 'goodies' and the supplied necessities in the larder and the refrigerator.
The location is up there with the best with the river almost at the front door and the surrounding area great for picturesque walks whatever distance is needed. Local shops including supermarket, cafe, chemist, post office/newsagency and take-aways are a short walk away and there is easy access to public transport with bus stop at the shop area and rail station a short bus trip away.
Casa Tuscany is highly recommended.
