Perth Urban Lodge 1 is part of a double storey contemporary home. Located on the ground floor of the house, the holiday rental offers a generous living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor courtyard. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. About: Master room - queen bed with private ensuite (bathroom & toilet), Second room - queen bed, Third room - double bed Spacious open living, kitchen and dining area 2nd bathroom include shower and a bathtub 2nd standalone toilet Outdoor courtyard area (accessible by Lodge 1 occupants only). Free wifi, free parking, Smart TV, split-air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels, linens, baby cot & high chair available upon request, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo. 15 minutes drive to Fremantle and Perth CBDs Located 5 min to the Murdoch train station, Fiona Stanley and St John of God Murdoch Hospital Opposite Bull Creek shopping centre on South St and less than 5 min drive to Leeming IGA Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, Asian restaurants, local eateries, and a petrol station on Farrington Road off Findlay Road. 10 mins train ride to Perth CBD Walk to nearby green park.

Comfortable beds, spacious, wifi and aircon both work really well. There were only 3 of us, but 3 couples could stay here comfortably. The apartment is on a quiet street, and allows plenty of privacy. The owner was very helpful, and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was so much better than we expected, the photos on their booking page don't do it justice. They don't show how massive & modern the kitchen is, or the size of the ensuite bathrooms, the main bedroom is huge and the en-suite has two separated vanity units & massive walk-in robe. The second biggest bedroom is serviced by a jack & jill bathroom which can be accessed directly from the bedroom and houses a huge bath and large separate shower recess. I really like the completely separate toilet. The apartment is immaculate, modern and very well kept. Local shopping centre with all you need is just down the road (actually within walking distance if you feel like a stroll.)
