This carefully renovated home offers an oversized kitchen with a gas range, a large island, and a beverage station. The large windows overlook the spacious yard. The living and dining room is separated by an antique fireplace. The rooms are spacious and well laid out within the home. There are three newly renovated bathrooms, including a first-floor bath with a walk-in shower and a large laundry room on the main level. The house is conveniently located on Route 13, close to the NH line. Please note, there is a small studio apartment at the rear of the property with separate entrances, and the parking area is shared.

The house was fabulous, well maintained, updated and very spacious. The host provided contact information however we did not have a need to.

The only big problem was an infestation of flies. We broke all the fly swatters and made some from magazines. Plus we bought 2 new fly swatters and left them there.

Beautiful home! The road can be noisy, but earplugs fixed that easily.
