We rented this 3 bedroom home for our daughter’s graduation from Wellesley. The house is clean and close enough to the college. All areas were clean and the check in and check out process were seamless. Communication with the host was easy. The only negative comment I have is that the pullout sofa in the main area is really not comfortable. I thought my son would be able to stay there but the mattress is so thin that you can feel all the springs. I ended up having to rent an extra hotel room since that sofabed was unusable. Overall it’s a good place for 6 adults in the 3 bedrooms and the price was very reasonable.

Everything was as advertised. The property and area were very pleasant and quiet. Nice neighborhood. We were no more than a 10 minute drive to shopping, etc in the area so it was very convenient. The house itself was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.
