The structure includes five apartments located on a beautiful hill, a position that offers a spectacular and unique view.
You will admire all this while lying comfortably by the pool or sitting on the terraces of the apartments, surrounded by olive trees and woods that create a particularly breezy and cool climate even in summer.
Our guests have free access to one swimming pool respectively of 18 and 6 metres (equipped with a salt sterilization system, not chlorine), a large solarium area, playgrounds for children and a park that surrounds the whole property which creates
an oasis of serenity and offers the opportunity to take long walks in contact with nature.
In essence, Prato Verde is the ideal place for families on vacation that look for open and safe spaces for their children.
Our apartments are designed to guarantee a relaxing stay and for this reason they are totally independent and equipped with the best comforts, such as fridge, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, WI-FI, heating and private parking.

The apartment glicine (sq.m.55) is composed a double bedroom with big terrace, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fire place, porticato with sofa. Garden with barbecue.
Holiday Prato Verde is situated in a peaceful oasis but in a few minutes you can reach some famous seaside resorts (Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Torre del Lago, Forte dei Marmi and Lerici).
Not too far there are cities of historical, cultural and tourist's interest (Pisa, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Barga, Castelnuovo Garfagnana, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano).

Mara was so nice and kept us informed. The apartment was lovely with 3 balconies, with views. The food in the restaurant was wonderful.
We enjoyed having space , a nice kitchen and bathroom.
The entire family was so welcoming.

Simply put, five stars is an understatement. This property has wonderful new villas with private decks and patios, 2 pools including a new infinity pool on top of the hill with views to the Mediterranean. But more importantly, the Prato Verde Restaurant on the property is a culinary delight. Our hostess and head chef, Mara Angeli, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and served some of the most wonderful meals we could imagine. And she made special gluten free meals for us as well. This venue is a must for anyone looking for a Tuscan getaway with fine food and wine.
