Also located, 18 miles from The USAA Space Coast Stadium, 18 miles from Cape Canaveral Space Force Base, and just a 1.5-hour drive to Walt Disney World! Whether you’re headed to the beach, for dinner, or just enjoying your view at “Lora Square”, we hope your experience will have you returning time and time again!
Lora Square is an apartment-style quadruplex with 2 stories, each unit containing 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Units 1 & 2 are on the bottom floor and Units 3 & 4 are on the top floor. There is a main entry door in the front of the building, which enters into a gorgeous lobby, allowing access to all 4 units' front door keyless entrances.
Each unit contains 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sectional couch in the living room. All units are short-term rentals. There is a shared laundry room located in the back with 2 sets of full-size washers and dryers. All outdoor spaces are shared with our guests including a balcony lounge, grilling patio, corn-hole area, and a hammock lounge. Also, plenty of front and backyard space for your fur babies to roam!
Have a large group? Rent out multiple units at the same time, allowing for the flexibility of shared spaces with the privacy of individual apartments. Total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Please contact us if interested in booking multiple units.

Great place and very centrally located

The property is cutely decorated and furnished. You could tell it had been cleaned between guests, but was in need of a deep clean and lots of fixtures needed serious dusting.
The lighting was very mismatched if that kind of thing others you. Bright white light fixtures in some places, warm white in others, and green lighting in the kitchen.
Lastly, they don’t let you know in the listing that they expect you to not turn the ac down below 72*. Well I keep my own home at 65 so that didn’t go over too well. The front bedroom does not have thermal or black out curtains so it gets quite warm and bright very quickly in the mornings. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom rocks so it “tink, tink, tinks” any time it is on. It made getting a good night sleep very difficult.
If I knew the window treatments were upgraded and the ceiling fan fixed I would stay here again.

Stayed with my family over Memorial Day weekend. Location was perfect and the value was amazing. Pictures show the place perfectly. Had everything we needed and a few things we weren’t expecting like a hand written note, small coke, and 2 sailor Jerry’s waiting for us. My other friends in town that weekend were very jealous of the location after coming for a bbq out back. Already talking about booking the place up for next year!

The cleaning definitely needs some work, i would definitely recommend bringing some cleaning supplies to make sure its clean before staying here. Besides that, no other issues.
