This house is very lovely. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The layout of the house lends itself to multi family comfort. There were 12 of us in the house and we never felt we were on top of each other. Well appointed kitchen and you really didn’t need for anything. The pool area is very nice and very spacious as well. The beach is maybe five blocks away. We will definitely be back at this location. Close to Kennedy Space Center and Merritts Island. Lots of restaurants and shopping close as well.

This is a great place close to the beach (10 min walk) for families. They have beach chairs, pool floats, etc which make it even easier! The kitchen and bathrooms are dated but everything is cleaned perfectly. Host was responsive when an issue arose!

Cindi was very helpful and quick to respond. The house is dated, but in a great location. Quick bike ride to the beach and rode bikes to get ice cream. The pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it so much.

Cindi was fantastic with communication. There was a lot going on with the house- workers frequently stopped by to either get estimates or do work on the pool. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach with our toddler. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again because the beds were very uncomfortable. My back hurt so much it kind of ruined the trip for me. If you can sleep anywhere and you don’t have a toddler, this house is fine. It definitely needs some TLC, but the extra space is a plus.
