We had a great stay! The townhouse is beautiful, very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. We had a small issue during our stay and our host was very responsive and sent someone out that day to resolve the issue. The area is very walkable with restaurants and stores near by. I would definitely recommend!

The property is lovely. Awesome for girls weekends and family’s that need separation. Each bedroom is HUGH.Backyard was spacious. The weeds need to be dealt with coming thru the pavers Bring or stop & get soap & shampoo conditioner. There is one jar in each shower of something .. not sure if it was soap or shampoo. We really enjoyed our weekend. It’s super close to the beach. You can easily fit 4 midsized suvs in the driveway. Now this is not the fault of the property and I’m not sure if it’s VRBO or the property management. I requested a late check out upon making the reservation. I never heard back. When I inquired again before driving down, I was told I should have done it earlier. No record of my request. We wanted it because we were there for training that ended at 11A and wanted to be able to empty the frig and put our bags in the car.I’m over two part authentication! It took more than 13 emails getting the same AI link to go and request a late check out. Finally when I had it and emailed we had made every validate attempt to pay 20 per hour for a late check out.. miraculously the ability secure it appeared in the portal after toggling back and for their codes and then re enter a credit card. (You would think with all the two part security that at least was stored ) So property great - pack soap and your patience dealing with the system. I haven’t had this experience with any other vacation rental property in the past year.
