About this house rental
Welcome to THE PEACH at the beach! This two-bedroom, two-bath bungalow of the lower floor unit is big enough for six people. It was totally remodeled in June 2022. The primary bedroom has a King size bed & twin bunk beds. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. Super comfy new serta mattresses. The living room features new furniture. You'll see a huge 70' smart TV. Nice dining area with seating for six. 42” TV's in both the primary and guest bedrooms. Bring your swim trunks because the 12A beach access is only a block away off Thomas Drive. Deck box on the back porch with a few beach chairs and beach toys. The cottage is fully furnished including kitchen wares, washer/dryer, hair dryers, Ninja coffee maker & blender, air fryer, and all linens and bath towels. The fenced-in backyard provides a private getaway with seating and lounge chairs.
Located within 700ft of a convenience store in case you forget anything. One block to the beach.
Nearby attractions & activities are St Andrews state park within 2 miles, Pier Park 9 miles, 2.5 miles to pontoon & boat rentals, and much more.

This was absolutely perfect and exactly like the listing and photos. The kiddos and I loved it, and it is in the perfect locating to swing right over to the beach. The bungalow was so cute and as the kiddos said “our beach home”. The home was exactly as listed and the neighborhood was a very family friendly and safe area. The host was very nice and made everything super accommodating and we will certainly be back soon. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to visit.
