About this house rental

Ideally located with breathtaking views, just 50 meters from a small harbor and a small beach where young children can play safely. The ocean and lifeguard-patrolled beaches are 300 m away. The house was fully renovated in 2020 and features 3 large bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a summer dining area. It also has a 30 m² covered terrace with a barbecue.
House with 120 m² of living space on a 500 m² fenced-in lot. Wi-Fi. Vacation checks accepted. Ideally located.

Very comfortable house with a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with a good shower and separate toilet room, and fully fenced yard for our dogs. Walking distance to the beach, a park across the street, and a short walk to Mimizan Plage for stores and restaurants. Mimizan is a short drive for more stores and restaurants that are open year-round. The wifi/internet fast and I had no trouble connecting to Zoom for meetings. The hosts met us at the property to show us how everything worked.

The property is in an excellent location with good views over the estuary. Perfect for the beach, eating out and exploring on cycle paths. Small kitchen but well equipped and 3 double bedrooms, great for friends and older families. Good communication from owner and security deposit quickly returned. Recommended property for Mimizan.
