About this house rental
Very nice comfortable villa on 1500m2 of land not overlooked and in a dead end, with internet Wifi private heated and secure pool with bar cover, surrounded by spruce trees and fenced .spa / real jacuzzi 5 places.

20 min BY BIKE from the beach, 10 min by car.

SLEEPING CAPACITY: 3 beds 140 +1 baby bed 1 extra bed 90 1 sofa bed 140
with good 18 cm bedding protected with draw sheets changed between each rental.
One of the bedrooms, the toilet and the bathroom are disabled standards.
everything is new and tasteful.
Electric shutters
PRIVATE salt pool heated to automatic 7x3. 5 with semi-submerged beach (shallow plane 70 cm deep by 1m wide suitable for children, otherwise water depth 1. 50M), deckchairs on ipe deck (wood) of 35M2.
No maintenance required: a specialist comes to clean it every week before each stay and remains at your disposal if necessary.
BABY equipment: chair, umbrella bed plates / shatterproof glasses.
KITCHEN equipped with Cuisinella, fridge-freezer, fan oven and microwave oven,
TV and DVD player
Dishwasher, washing machine, pantry, garage.
Living room: two very comfortable sofas two of 3 places
BATHROOM with walk-in shower and bathtub. Window in addition to the ventilation for ventilation
Iron and ironing board barbecue
Garden partially surrounded by spruces under fencing. It is maintained before each arrival.

I was impressed with this villa from the start. Satnav directions straight to the door. Communications from Claire Rouy excellent. The person who met us Ms Guinouard was very pleasant and helpful. The villa has everything you could ask for. Restaurants are excellent and within easy driving distance we found one in Mimizan centre a hotel excellent and spoke some English. The beaches there are amazing also the lakes. At the villa we used the heated pool everyday and hot tub most evenings. It is in a quiet location and very nice to sit outside for an evening meal. We had the barbeque down to a fine art.. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Claire for a very pleasant stay. 5*

My wife and I and our 2 kids stayed for a week at the end of August 2016. Great villa, nice and spacious, lovely bedrooms.
Kitchen/dining area was nice and modern, living area comfortable. Outside there is a patio area with large table, along with a further area to the rear where there is seating, and a great new hot tub and nice heated pool. Weather was great while we were there and we stayed in the pool for most of every day, and the hot tub in the evenings, under the perfectly clear skies.
The location is far enough from town/city that it is lovely and peaceful and quiet, and there is zero light pollution at night, star gazing was fantastic.
But it is about a 7-8 minute drive, or maybe a 20 minute cycle into Mimizan Bourge, which has all the facilities you could need, really big Leclerc supermarket and various other stores, bakeries, butchers, street market, cafes etc, lovely quite village, but not too quiet if you know what I mean.
Another 7-8 minutes by car and you reach the beaches at Mimizan, and Mimizan Plage the seaside town itself. Again not sprawling or jammed with tourists, but large enough that it has everything you need, market place, shops, lovely restaurants and the beaches are fantastic.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here at the villa, and would certainly return in the future!
