Their apartment, nestled in the heart of Florence’s City Center, is a peaceful haven—spacious, impeccably quiet, and just 5 to 10 minutes from nearly everything we wanted to explore.Accessing the apartment feels both charming and secure: a hallway from the street leads through three doors, offering privacy and peace of mind. In the evenings, we opened the windows and doors to invite in the cool Tuscan breeze, and often found ourselves strolling through Patrizia’s beautiful garden or enjoying meals outdoors in its tranquil setting.Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished. We loved everything about our stay. The Hosts are wonderful people who gave us great recommendations on restaurants and were so accommodating. The court yard is beautiful with a fountain and you can hear church bells in the distance. It is a quiet and serene apartment in a busy city. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Florence.

We loved our hosts, the property, the neighbordood, and everything about Florence. Our hosts were so lovely - they welcomed us, were responsive to a couple initial requests we had, and also gave us a warm send-off. The air conditioning was great, with units in the common space and bedroom. The bed was really comfortable. As Americans, we were especially happy to have a small coffee maker! We like espresso, but are used to starting our day with a bigger cup. We didn't get to take advantage of the beautiful backyard because of the heat wave, but it looked perfect for a quiet breakfast or glass of wine. The washing machine and ample outdoor drying space was super helpful since we packed light and were in Italy for 10 days. Grazie mille, Patricia and Sergio!

10 minute walk from the train station to this quiet location with a lovely shared garden space but with each unit having its own table area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Sergio was available to help with any questions. The location is great for walking to major attractions and good restaurants. Definitely a good choice for couples. We would rent it again!
