About this apartment rental
Located in the middle of Florence historic center, at 5 minutes from the train station, in the heart of the old district of S. Lorenzo, full of life. The apartment, on the third and last floor with elevator, is quiet, bright, panoramic and romantic. overlooking the rooftops of the city, the terrace has a great view of the monuments and hills. The rooms are completely furnished in style and very comfortable with air conditioning in all rooms. Guarantee a fabulous stay!

Gaia was a great host and was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in a great location for walking to everything we did. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy were close by. We felt very safe at the apartment and the elevator was very helpful for moving our luggage on check-in and checkout. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we go back to Florence.

4 nite stay - Sep. 2025. This '3rd floor flat' met our needs & centrally located 'to walk' to museums & plazas. Unit is an 'interior flat' & does not look onto street. Upstairs balcony was nice & kitchen functional. Flat is literally in front of one of the churches. 3 story, Market Place, 2 blocks away, a must see. Host was helpful. Coffee & shampoo provided. Netflex worked with owns password! Thank u Gaia. Ben & Alicia- san diego.

This apartment is in a prime location. Easily accessible to shopping, food and drink, and tours. Even in a high traffic area, the apartment is very quiet (with the exception of church bells lol).

Amazing location and unit! Unfortunately the door key broke and we had to get someone come repair it. We had to contact the owners and the owners parents who were on site. They were upset about the inconvenience and wanted to charge us for the broken key. We were inconvenienced as well as we could not get into the unit for a few hours.
