You enter the flat and on your left you find the living room with a sofa which can turn into a comfortable double bed (mattress 160 cm x 190 cm (63 inches x 74,8 inches) and an arm chair which can turn into a single bed.
You'll find also a dining table for 4 people and a wardrobe for the personal belongings of guests sleeping in this room. This room has a sliding door to create some privacy for guests sleeping on the sofa bed.
There is a smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with all you might need: Nespresso coffee machine, American coffe machine, pots, plates, glasses, pans, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and first aid and towels.
The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer and Dyson vacuum cleaner.
In the master bedroom you can choose to have a double bedroom with a king size bed measuring 180cm x 200cm (70.8 inches x 78.7 inches) or split the beds and get two single beds 90cm x 200cm (35.4 inches x 78.7 inches).
In the bedrooms there are two wardrobes, each guest has his own and a desk.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, fast fiber WI-FI, smart TV, a safe in the bedroom, first aid, bed’s linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer.

Don’t let the vendors outside the apartment or the entrance stairs discourage you. The apartment was wonderful. We had a small problem with the A/C, but the host fixed it as quickly as possible. I do HIGHLY recommend the apartment. It met all of our needs. We even cooked several times while we were there for 3 weeks which saved a lot of money on food.
I was very disappointed with VRBO however, they did not send payment to the host in a timely manner which created a tense situation between us and the host. The host finally received payment, but because of this we will not use VRBO again.

Our hostess was the nicest lady with a beautiful smile, good recommendations and an ability to make us feel wanted and accepted. We had absolutely no problems and feel like this was one of our best VRBO stays ever! Will recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful appartment in Florence. Super confortable, welcoming, every detail was thought of + location couldn't have been better! We highly recommend!
