About this house rental
Waterfront Home - Located inside the canal waterfront community of Dolphin Point, this unique home has it all for a group of up to 8 adults and 4 children under 13 (Community restrictions require no more than this). It's no wonder GK Bay Place is one of our most popular rentals. There are two boat slips with boat lifts if you rent the entire home. The unit Downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed plus a hall bathroom with shower and also a living room and kitchen to boot! Upstairs this gem boasts four bedrooms with two of those being Private Suites so plenty of room for the whole family at the GK! Park the boat(s) in back on the canal then retire up to the spacious deck over the boat slips for a nice view of the canal activities or relax in the outdoor furniture while you watch the dolphins in front where the porch faces the ICW. This beautiful bay home has other amenities which include and Ice Machine and Freezer available for your use. One of a kind Waterfront Home for a one of a kind coastal experience! (Note Lot to the East is Private Property please don't trespass.)

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: If you have an unexpected issue and need to cancel or change dates for your trip or if we have a rain event from weather threats like thunderstorms, cold fronts or hurricanes and you are wondering about rescheduling or moving dates or cancelling we recommend TRIP INSURANCE or TRAVEL PROTECTION to cover these issues.

excellent location with two boat slips on the man-made waterway. Giant porch on the front of the house overlooking the intercoastal waterway and the bay. Awesome sun rise on the front porch and sunsets on the back porch. Highly recommended.
