Primary Suite: King bed with private bathroom
(tub, walk-in shower, double sinks) - open to living area & kitchenette
Bedroom: Two full beds
Shared Bathroom: Tub/shower combo

Second Floor (Main Living Level):
Primary Suite: King bed with private bathroom
(walk-in shower, double sinks)
Secondary Suite: Two queen beds with private bathroom (tub, shower, double sinks) - full size crib
Half Bath: Conveniently located near living room

First Floor:
Primary Suite: Queen bed with private bathroom
(shower/tub combo, single sink)
Bedroom: One queen bed
Bunkroom: Six twin bunk beds (great for kids)

La Pesca House Rules

Welcome to La Pesca! We want you to have an incredible stay in Port O’Connor while helping us keep the property safe and enjoyable for everyone.

General Rules

* No parties or events without prior written approval.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Water, Fishing & Boating Safety

* Swim, fish, boat, dock fish, and use waterfront areas at your own risk.
* Children must be supervised at all times near the water, docks, decks, and stairways.
* Guests assume all responsibility for water-related activities and use of the property’s docks and waterfront amenities.
* Please use caution, especially at night and during wet conditions.

Boat Slips & Trailer Parking

* Guests using boat lifts/slips must lift boats fully out of the water upon departure.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused to lifts, docks, pilings, or marina equipment.
* Trailer parking is limited to designated areas only.

Elevator Notice

* The exterior elevator is currently out of service and is strictly prohibited from guest use.
* Tampering with or attempting to operate the elevator is prohibited.

Property Care

* Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.
* Please rinse off fishing equipment and gear before bringing it inside.
* Do not clean fish inside the home.
* Dispose of bait, fish remains, and trash properly.
* Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

Occupancy & Visitors

* Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
* Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.

Safety & Weather

* Port O’Connor weather conditions can change quickly. Guests are responsible for monitoring weather and boating conditions.
* Use decks, stairs, balconies, and docks carefully, especially when wet.

Checkout Reminders

* Remove all personal belongings and food items.
* Place trash in designated bins.
* If using a boat slip/lift, ensure boats are removed and lifts are raised before departure.

Additional Cleaning Fee for Extended Stays:
For reservations of 28+ nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
The additional cleaning charge will be requested after booking and must be paid prior to check-in.
