Waterfront Home with 2 Boat Slips/Slings in Dolphin Point Subdivision and PET FRIENDLY! Just off the ICW and close to Fisherman's Cut and The Fishing Center Operations.

Important Occupancy Rules
Due to community restrictions, your party can have no more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 13.
Please note...The boat lift is rated for boats weighing up to 3000 lbs. Boats heavier will not be able to be lifted out of the canal and any damage caused will be at the expense of the renter.
Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: If you have an unexpected issue and need to cancel or change dates for your trip or if we have a rain event from weather threats like thunderstorms, cold fronts or hurricanes and you are wondering about rescheduling or moving dates or cancelling we recommend TRIP INSURANCE or TRAVEL PROTECTION to cover these issues.

It was very nice it was pet friendly, however, the carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. A lot of urine stains in every room and the master smells like it. You had to top toe around all the spots in the carpet. Other than that, it was a great location to where we went fishing and dinners. Cute town.

The house was perfect! Super clean and well stocked! We had 6 adults and having the suites was so nice! The deck was nice to relax on and fish from. The location was great! Would definitely stay again!

Honestly we love the location of the place but parts of it were falling apart last time and clearly nothing has been done to the property in the last almost two years. Way over priced for the value. No paper towels. No napkins. Not enough towels or linens. We Vrbo quite often and I’m disappointed in the value (or lack thereof here). The trundle situation upstairs is NOT safe for kids. The bed didn’t smell clean. Several kitchen items and utensils were not clean. The fish cleaning station and several parts of the dock are a hazard and falling apart. This place needs to some serious TLC.
