NO HURRICANE DAMAGE TO OUR HOME! :)
Charming home close to local beaches, boat ramp, popular dining and downtwn Fort Myers! Peaceful and comfortable community to settle in for your stay. The home is clean and recently renovated with lots of natural lighting. Outside there is spacious screened-in patio, relaxing outdoor shower, grill and fully fenced-in yard. The property has an avocado tree, a starfruit tree and a banana tree. There is a community pool in short walking or biking distance. A great place to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer!
The entire house is yours to enjoy! Both bedrooms have queen mattresses, there is a full kitchen, Wifi, washer and dryer, a large lanai, an outdoor shower, and a 60' deep driveway with parking for 3 cars, or a truck and boat trailer. Less than 5 miles to local boat ramps! 10 minutes to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Bunche Beach. Nice, spacious yard as well. The perfect location for fishing trips, family getaways or a beach vacation!
This house has 2 bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. Everything you need for your beach days!

I’m a single female I stayed here and felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. The house itself is wonderful. Perfect for a couple a single person or a family with kids. There’s two bedrooms and plenty a room there’s a wonderful screened in porch. It’s a 10 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach there’s local restaurants within five minutes a Publix, grocery store and several other places. This is a hidden gem guys would definitely stay again.

Mobile home is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Good location near Sanibel and Ft Myers beach (although the area is still feeling the effects of hurricane Ian). Internet connection is sometimes spotty resulting in some buffering. Overall a very good stay

Great location. Neighborhood is somewhat rundown, but that might still be due to the hurricane recovery. Quiet location and nice amenities like bicycles, beach chairs, and laundry.
