Ground floor (accessible by a few steps):
- Large living room with cocooning lounge (fireplace)
- Dining area for 6 people
- Independent WC
- Large independent equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishes for 8 people, electric oven, ceramic hob)

Terrass with direct access from the living room (east facing) equipped with table and chairs as well as a parasol.

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 : 2 beds 90x200cm, south facing with a view of the lake and mountains
- Bedroom 2 : 1 Queensize double bed 160x200cm, south facing, lake and mountain view
- Office area
- Storage space for suitcases
- Independent WC
- Bathroom with bathtub

Possibility to add a mattress for an extra bed.
Acoustic Isolation between the main floor and the first floor has not been renovated yet, It will be more suitable for families or good friends.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request .

The village of Saint-Jorioz benefits from a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle track, it stretches out over the heights to the beginnings of the Bauges massif.
