The room given was a shed on the terrace with asbestos sheets. No hot water facility, not even a place to hang towel, no shower, water takes half an hour to fill because the tank is inside the bathroom. It is like a lodge which is worth rs.500. I dont know why agod is selling these properties. Maybe they had better rooms below but they clearly cheated me by giving this shed. When i checked in they told room was in first floor, but becasue some other guests came they gave me the terrace shed. I request agoda to refund my money so can consider using your service in future.

I was shocked while i went to that location ( at around 1am directly from airport) because there was no hotel at that location. No ks residency at all at that location. I thought I was scamed. I call the property management,who picked my call after third time and asked me to arrive to hotel with different name at different location. I mean he runs the oyo hotel at different location but he show it as ks residency in agoda app. So better watch out for correct hotel name while you book it
