Noisy at night

The property was located in a busy location. The management knew that we would check-in early morning around 4 am (as they already approved our request for late checkin). However, the location based on booking.com was wrong. The hotel name was also wrong. I am attaching the correct name and address as a picture. We reached the location at 4 am but could not locate the hotel (as it was located in a different location -about 5 minute walk with a different name). We tried to call the property but there was no response. We complained to booking.com about this. After nearly 90 minutes, once someone from nearby houses came out, we gathered that the hotel we might be looking for may be the one located about 5 minutes away. To our surprise, it was the hotel that we booked a room. Thus, we felt cheated as we were made to wait in the dark (literally as it was early morning) for no fault of ours. We stayed in the hotel for the next few hours as we were very tired, paid a part of the rent (as demanded by the management) and moved to a nearby hotel for the rest of our stay.

Facilities are reasonable but the lack of communication (and incorrect name and location in booking.com website) made us very disappointed.
