Beautiful room that was more suited to 2 than 4 people

Room was large and very nicely renovated internally, patio area outside was very rundown however. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking was very convenient.

Sofa bed did not really accommodate 2 adults as advertised. No dishwashing liquid provided so we couldn’t wash the dishes we used. Towels that we were provided with on the first day were tiny, they were replaced with standard sized towels on the 2nd day however.

The room and building were very nice and clean

But the complete lack of a reception and presence of staff makes the place really uncomfortable for us. And on top of that the shower only gave cold water at our arrival and was fixed the next morning.

beautiful old renovated building with modern features and some old, classic wooden furniture as well as original wooden beams, great color schemes which complemented each other— also loved the wallpaper they had put on one of the walls of the room. also great that dogs are allowed.

never been to a self-check-in place before. was great to be able to get in using your phone. still felt a bit un-easy bout the whole thing- like what if my phone‘s battery suddenly runs out while you’re on a walk?🤔

Bad

Rudest service ever, I tried (together with the support of Booking.com) to modify the reservation dates but the responsible couldn't be bother to reply. It looks like a pretty place but you also pay for the snobbism that goes with it apparently. Not a single reply to the few emails sent, then eventually someone picked up the phone and here was the conversation: "- Hello - Hello - I made a reservation for the ... - Please send an email." HANG UP I am not kidding, customer service level close to zero. To be avoided at all cost.

beautiful and comfortable room close to the train station but also to the village

it was clean and well-kept every day. in the room there was always a bottle of water and anything you needed for your coffee. Very large and comfortable room with beautiful design!

The fact that it is not mentioned that everything works per I-phone, I.e. that there is no personnel and NOTHING TO EAT IN THE MORNING. Why don’t you mention that there is no breakfast available? I could have brought something along.

Schöne Stimmung in der sehr aufwendig qualitativ hochwertig renovierten Villa - wunderschöne holzböden hochwertige sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Wunderschöne Farbabstimmungen .. Schöne Kombi von herschafflichem Villa Style mit moderne. Check in war ein Erlebnis … die Türen mit einer App zu öffnen war ein Novum für mich aber alles super funktioniert. Etwas learning..Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt … hervorragende Betten. Viel Platz - wunderbar !

Lichtquellen .. zumindest eine helle müsste da sein in Bad und Zimmer.

Ich war nur eine Nacht und war positiv überrascht. Der Self Check-in war super einfach und schnell. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und modern eingerichtet. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und länger bleiben!

Self Check-in müsste besser im Voraus auch erklärt werden. Im dunkeln da herumzuraten machte echt wenig Spass. Man könnte ja auch ein Teams oder Zoom machen, wo jemand weiterhilft…

un lugar muy hermoso, apartamento comodo, todo con aplicacion un poco extraño para los que no estamos acostumbrados pero nada dificil, con parqueo propio, nos dejaron cafè para nuestro desayuno.

Понравилось что в номере есть кофе и чай. Это очень удобно.

Не понравилось то, что нет карточек для открытия дверей. Есть приложение, в которое нужно постоянно заходить, вводить код бронирования, нет прямой ссылки на ключ от двери. Это просто бесит. Вышел на 5 мин покурить и заново проходишь целый квест, чтоб попасть в номер. У меня села батарея и я ночью шаталась по тёмному городу, искала чтоб зарядить телефон, чтоб попасть в чёртов отель и лечь спать. Допустим моя мама вообще бы не смогла снять такой отель, она не пользуется смортфоном, да и в жизни бы не смогла пройти всю регистрацию. Сдать анализы легче. Ещё мне было очень холодно, батареи не работали, но мне принесли обогреватель, от которого утром болела голова. Номера чистые и большие. Это хорошо, но я больше не поеду в этот отель и за половину стоимости, к сожалению…

Mooi ingericht, top voor doorreis!

Netjes, modern ingericht, prettige bedden, dicht bij de snelweg. Mooi hotel en auto op het terrein parkeren. In vergelijking tot andere verblijven in de buurt een nette prijs! Check-in is digitaal (zelfs openen van de deur), wij vonden dit prettig maar vergt wel de basis digitale vaardigheden.

Op basis van de foto’s gingen wij ervan uit dat het slaapvertrek en woonvertrek (slaapbank) gescheiden was door muren (Cody Suite met Kitchenette). Dit was niet het geval. Wij verbleven met kinderen dus was even improviseren.

Mühsames self check in ! Ging bei mir überhaupt nicht mit der angebotenen Lösung (Verbindungsprobleme/Abbruch…) zum bezahlen! (Bisher hatte ich nie Probleme!).

Wasserkocher ging nicht EU-Stecher! TV ging nicht : „Gastfreund; Please enter object id“ ???! > keine Erklärung in HausApp gefunden….

Das Lichtkonzept ist etwas merkwürdig, es gibt wenige Lampen in verschiedenen Ecken des Zimmers, keine wirkliche Deckenlampe,so dass man abends zusätzlich die Handy-Lampe nutzen müsste, um an Esstisch weiblich etwas sehen zu können.

Schön renoviert, Außenanlagen sollte noch gemacht werden.

Das Gebäude ist innen sehr schön gemacht. Der Umschwung lässt noch zu wünschen übrig. Wenn Personal vor Ort ist, sind diese sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles im allen war es in Ordnung und mit einer Gestaltung des Außenbereiches kann es eine sehr schöne Location werden.

Kommunikation mit Booking mehr als schlecht. Booking hat unsere Reservierung an den Vermieter nicht bestätigt und meldet sich nicht. Der Zutritt zu den Räumlichkeiten via App ist mehr als mühsam. Ein Checken und Aus Checken problematisch, nichts ging wirklich. Eine feste Person vor Ort wäre nötig.

Vi borde varnats för störande nattarbete på intilliggande arbetsplatser.

Det gick inte att sova på grund av intilliggande arbetsplatser med nattarbete. Det var varmt i rummet och ingen luftkonditionering. Det var också problem med bokningen online och vi riskerade att inte komma in. Frukost saknades.
