Pleasant enough for one night stay

big parking space next to the hotel family hotel restaurant in the hotel very pleasant staff decent breakfast hallway decors remind of ancient roman baths

reception is tucked away on the right side of the building when going from the road, behind restaurant no lift stairs to the highest floor are quite narrow

Looked a bit old from the outside, but was very « new » from the inside… and very nice chamber. And it has a really large parking. The restaurant (italian) below was very good.

Perfect for our purpose - excellent value.

The location was perfect for a stop off on our journey back to the UK. The hotel room and facilities were clean, modern and much better than the UK for anything like a similar price - superb. The staff were friendly, spoke excellent English and really knew how to deliver a quality service. We ate in the hotel and our food was as good as anything we had experienced during nearly a month away. A first class experience - very lucky to have found the place. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

Convenient pit stop with excellent facilities

stayed for one night.Friendly staff , exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, we had breakfasts and dinner during our stay and both were good. Plenty of parking next to the hotel.

Es war sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Für uns perfekt für die Durchreise.

Das Frühstück ist gut - kein Schnick-Schnack, aber alles relevante vorhanden. Grossartiger, italienischer Kaffee!

Mein Zimmer ging auf die gut befahrene Hauptstrasse raus. Nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste.

Nettes Personal und sehr saubere und zweckmässige Zimmer. Saubere Bäder und gute Fenster. Moderne Bäder und moderne Einrichtung.

Es ist kein Kritikpunkt, aber die Einrichtung ist sehr praktisch und nicht sehr romantisch. Dafür ist alles eher neu und sehr sauber.

Gunstig gelegen, vriendelijke mensen, restaurant goed, ontbijt minder., goed voor één keer.

Vriendelijke mensen, mooie parkeerplaats bij hotel. Lag wel aan een weg maar was niet hoorbaar. Was gelijk italiaans restaurant hebben daar 2x gegeten. Goed netwerk verbinding. Badkamer zag er goed uit. Alles werd goed schoon gehouden.

Kleine kamer met open kleerkasten wat een rommelige indruk maakte. Per kast maar 2 kleerhangers. Nemen er zelf altijd meer mee. Kleine prullenbak in badkamer, is te weinig, ook ontbrak er een beker handig voor bij tandenpoetsen. Ontbijt voor ons begrip karig. Kamers zijn via grote trap van buitenaf bereikbaar, dus sjouwen met bagage geen lift. Dit laatste mag wel worden vermeld bij beschrijving. Betaalden € 165,00 per nacht met ontbijt was voor wat we kregen vonden wij duur betaald.

Hat rundum gepasst für mich. Sehr freundliches Personal

Lage ist gut nahe Altstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Zimmer modern Renoviert wie es scheint. Frühstück war inklusiv im Zimmerpreis enthalten und völlig ausreichend und gut.

Es hat leider keinen Lift im Hotel und die Zimmer sind nur über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Für mich persönlich war dies keine Problem aber ich denke da an die älteren Generationen.

Triste para não repetir

Simpatia e tentativa de soluções pela parte dos funcionários.

Foi uma má experiência, quando chegamos o quarto tinha os produtos de limpeza os panos, esquecidos no quarto. O Wc tinha toalha sujam e o caixote do lixo com lixo. É inadmissível que uma situação destas aconteça. O dono do hotel tentou resolver a situação, primeiro tentando dar um novo quarto mas não tinha. Depois ofereceu o jantar do segundo dia., que estava bom. Contudo isto não apaga a falta de cuidado na limpeza do quarto. No dia anterior tínhamos pago menos em Zürich com muito melhores condições.
