Coralview Island Resort

Super Friendly staff and great location right next to the beach - felt like an authentic experience. The reef off the resort was some of the best snorkelling we did around the island. Beautiful white sandy beach a short walk away (Coconut Beach) which also offers amazing snorkelling. The beach out the front also had some sand. Sunset walk behind the resort was also great. You can get a water taxi to surrounding islands which was a nice option. The room was basic but had all you needed. Pictured is sunset hill and the beach a short walk from the resort.

Food was alright but considering you are on an island in the middle of nowhere it’s pretty good. Toilet joining the room meant the room was slightly smelly at times but had windows for ventilation.

Nice but little neglected. Nice huge hostel room with enough bathrooms. Kind staff. Nice walk to the viewpoint and to the beach close to the second resort on the island.

No beach in front of the resort. Food a kittle overpriced for what you get. Highest surcharge for card payment out of all of the islands.

Exceeded every expectation for an excellent price! The grounds were beautiful and well kept, and our cabin was spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The coral in front of the resort was spectacular; we counted 250 species of fish and saw giant clams, a shark, Eagle rays, sting rays, eels and sea snakes, and loads of other marine life snorkeling daily. There’s also free kayaks to borrow and ample walks around the island. Toki was fabulous; he took us on amazing outings to nearby caves and exceptional reefs, and taught us about coconut and kava. The staff were the absolute best; the cleaning team (including Tetha!) were so fun; the service so friendly; and the kitchen staff produced absolutely delicious vegetarian and traditional dishes (you will not go hungry). Aliki even made me a special blue margarita. Everyone was so joyful and filled the resort with happiness and song. I just can’t say enough good things about Coral view. Stay here!

Cold water showers and cold ocean waters left us chilly at times but a very small price to pay for absolute paradise. Plus the cold water is good for the reef so next time I would consider bringing a wetsuit to maximize underwater time. Also we would encourage guests to avoid feeding the fish as it is harmful to the marine environment.

The staff were great. Welcoming and helpful and helped me out with changing my room. There was a good variety of optional excursions too.

The food wasn't good and the price was too high for this standard. The optional excursions were good, but a little disorganised. I was happy to do as many as I could, but often we wouldn't know until 30 mins before. The common area and buildings are quite basic.
