    It afforded me quiet and deep sleep for 3 nights. It just lacked some things and probably for good reason: 1. no restaurant but has a coffee nook 2. not regularly maintained swimming pool but the area I used as work station 3. no internet connection inside the room

    Don't attempt to book this place! It has deterioted. The place is infested with bed bugs from old mattresses often put in the open sun where stray pets with fleas also nap on.The showers dripping with no service. Forget about complaining or refund. They know most guests are in transit. I checked out Google reviews and noted these complaints have been raised previously and nothing done.What freaked me out was the hygiene standards with coakroaches as well and rats at night. Was informed Owner is in NZ and he has no time to fix all this. I have submitted a complaint to Health Ministry and Tourism .
