    We booked a room with a "garden view", which turned out to be a view of the roof and the hotel next door, with a few palm leaves poking up between them. The room was more backpacker than resort, with sheets that were stained and a room that was functional at best. The bathroom was tiny and there was no soundproofing so any noise (and light!) in the corridors echoed around and made it difficult to sleep. Our experience was made worse by trying to arrange an airport transfer with the accommodation provider - they initially responded to me with a cost, but never replied to subsequent emails, so we were stuck at the airport and had to arrange our own transfer at a higher cost. We were also given inconsistent messaging about the restaurant hours, and ended up having to find somewhere else for a late dinner. On the positive side, eating breakfast overlooking the beach was good, but that didn't make up for the poor experience across almost everything else.

    BED BUGS! We stayed here Aug 13/14 in room 15. Checkin went well, and the location is good. We ate at the resturant which was fine, not the best meal we had in Fiji, but edible none the less. The issue became in the morning we were packing up our things and found a bed bug. We reported it to the front desk immediately and found another bug on a separate bed. The cleaning staff seemed to be concerned. Management on the other hand did not take the situation seriously. They have ignored any attempts we made to rectify the situation. I wanted to like this hotel, and until that moment was going to review it positively, however bed buys and Management who ignores you afterwards, gives this hotel 0 ⭐️.

    I booked a one-night stay and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The listing advertised a bathtub, but the room had a very small bathroom with no bathtub. The room was also not cleaned properly upon arrival. Additionally, there was no television in the room, and this was not disclosed in the booking details. There was not even a mirror in the room. Overall, the accommodation was very poor value for money and did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

    Below average room. Bed is a collapsed rubber on a very squeaky base. Shower inadequate, no suitcase rest. No chairs or table. Held up for over an hour for breakfast, then got shamed because we asked for half hour extra to pack. Balcony rooms view now partially blocked due to extensions. Upgraded sports viewing and finng area. Pool amazing . Ok for young or backpackers. I also have 35yrs experience in Fiji. Would not stay there again
