Bulabard is perfectly located in Wailoaloa - a 15 min taxi from the airport and Denarau. Good, reasonably-priced meals and drinks at the on-site restaurant that overlooks the beach. Nothing fancy, but room was clean, tidy and recently renovated - excellent value at the price. Great water pressure in the bathroom.

Staff was the most unfriendliest in all our time in Fiji. Check in was at 2 pm and our room was ready 2:45 pm Ou bathroom was so moldy it was stinking and disgusting. They never share the WiFi password or explained the facilities and restaurant. Poor poor service, the pool is so tiny you can swim or chill in it. There is more options around the area - the beach escape resort if you’re in a budget or the crown plaza if you can. Don’t stay there, food is crap and they try to overcharge us for bringing the bill 10 min after happy hour when we were there for 1.5. Staff is rude and unfriendly which is so sad to say in Fiji

My wife and I made two sets of the hotel booking. The first is from 31/7 to 2/8/26 and the second is from 5/8 to 7/8/26. Due to one hour delay on the plane and also one hour in Fiji Immigration, we arrived at 9pm at the hotel. The hotel did not keep our booked family room with two beds. The hotel lady reception offered us a single flat which is 2 mins away by a car. The hotel offered to drive us there, but it was so dark without knowing the area . After discussion, we decided to stay in the room offered on the first floor. The hotel offered us the worst room in the hotel which was next to the kitchen exhaust duct which was extremely noisy and above the kitchen. This room was the only option available. We did not sleep well. The sheets and towels were yellow. The same lady reception promised to relocate us to the family room booked. However, the same reception showed us the room which was opposite side of the kitchen and was dark. We open the small window which should show a hugh water tank outside. We did not like the room. However, we found a clean room on the same floor room 103 and asked the reception to allocate this room to us. The reception refused our request and said to us that you through Agoda paid the hotel the lowest rate and can not offer the room 103 to us. Finally we had to stay in the same room for two nights. On the second day it was very noisy till 11pm due to the live band and very noisy kitchen exhaust. We hope that Agoda will look into our complaint and give us an answer. We hope that Agoda will look into their rating. We believe that the hotel deserves one star instead of three stars on the booking system. The foods were bad. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel for the price paid. For the same price, many similar hotels are available. Thanks
