    We loved our stay. We selected this because it was spacious and had a full kitchen. The stove was a bit old and I'm not sure if it was me, but I could only get one of the elements to work. There was also no tea-towel for me to wipe the dishes. The kitchen could have done with a few more bits and pieces but it was 2 wks ago now so I can't remember exactly what. Nothing that really got in the way of us loving our stay, just a suggestion. Parking right outside the door, with an electronic gate for that added security. The apartment wasn't on the Hotel site, just around the corner from the hotel which was great - less noise. Cleanliness was great.

    I would highly recommend this place with a team of honest staff, we lost a wedding ring and enquired after a day, and yet it was found by a staff named Sanju and given back to us, awesome honesty.. good luck to the team at reception and bar!!

    Our booking for 2 night stay was confirmed 2 months prior, full payment taken from our a/c 1 week prior. On arrival told they had no room for us for 1st night as overbooked - blamed on booking system and told it wasnt just us they had no room for. I have since found prior reviews with same excuses. While an effort was made to find us an alternate room for 1st night the options were unfortunately very limited, not clean, in need of upgrading, remotely located and very noisy as directly under flight path. We had a room at Bulabard 2nd night - told we were upgraded to a suite with balcony. This room was well overdue for improvement and very noisy! Waterfront hotel location is great, the staff lovely but definitely could not recommend the Bulabard. Special family celebration time sadly greatly impacted by this hotel's seemingly poor management!
