Perfect and near lot of commodities, really easy self check-in! Beautiful room, perfect bathroom, and you can keep your stuff in the closet after check-out, super convenient Really good communication via whattsap with the owner

Only thing would be the acoustic isolation between rooms, we can hear everything, but apart from that superb!

Very clean room and instructions were very clear to check in which made it very easy. Good location too which was perfect for a night in Milan.

We had a room facing the street so I have to say it was quite nosy with the tram running by. It wasn’t too much of a bother as we only stayed a night but if we had stayed longer, it would have been an issue.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner went to Milan for New Year's and booked this for our stay. From the PDF visual tutorial for the self check-in, to the amenities it provides, to the super helpful and prompt host, we were delighted. We did not expect all the sweet extras, like water, coffee and croissants. The host was amazing, we had some issues with a power outage, and within 10 minutes it got fixed, on New Year's mind you! The host is very eager to help with any questions and they even accomodate you with lockers for your luggage if your room is not ready yet. We couldn't have had a better vacation! Thank you so much!

Location was good and room was tidy and clean. The person running it also was very prompt to respond in English via Whats app - was very helpful with directions as well.

The apartment is behind a door that looks like some repurposed security vault door - it was electronically activated - i was very nervous if there was a loss of power how would i get out ?
