Wil je een unieke Insta‑foto maken met een motor en een iconische trap in je kamer? Dan zit je hier goed. Maar voor een prettig verblijf kun je beter verder zoeken. Achter de mooie foto’s gaat een appartement schuil waarin vrijwel niets werkt. De toegangsdeur sluit nauwelijks, en de wc‑bril is kapot. In de badkamer hangt een sterke rioollucht die ’s nachts de slaapkamer in trekt, waar bovendien gordijnen ontbreken, waardoor je al om 04:30 uur wakker wordt. De platenspeler is alleen voor de sier, de keukenkraan geeft een miezerig straaltje water. Een kopje thee of koffie is teveel gevraagd. En op het “dakterras” ligt wat vergaan meubilair. Ook de geadverteerde private parking bestaat niet; je moet zelf een plek zoeken in straten met een maximum van twee uur. Laat je niet misleiden door de foto’s: het is een grote facade!
