District Center Urban Apartment 1min to City Park

The apartment has everything you could need, it's really clean and also really well stocked with all the basics you could possibly want. Darko was super helpful and friendly. The Aircon is strong, considering how hot Skopje is, having strong aircon is a must. Also, the area around the apartment isy favourite in Skopje, there are lots of great restaurants, bakeries and bars and you are close to the park and the river. Generally the area is also quite green with lots of trees for shade. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and in excellent condition, bathroom very functional, and there is also a washing machine, an iron, and a lovely little balcony. Darko is an exceptional host, attentive to his guests, the communication was easy, quick, and efficient. One thing we particularly appreciated was the possibility of parking inside the building’s private courtyard, which is secured by an electric gate, as we were travelling by motorcycle, this gave us great peace of mind. If you need a parking space, it may be worth mentioning it to Darko in advance. I also really liked the neighbourhood, quiet and peaceful, yet the main sights are only a short walk away. It is also right next to Debar Maalo, an area I particularly enjoyed for its lively evening atmosphere without feeling to ant is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, but this was not a problem at all for us.

Absolument tout! Mention spéciale à la localisation qui donne directement sur une des rues principales de Skopje! Tous les équipements sont neufs. Parking et air climatisée. Hôte sympathique!
