Die Wohnung liegt in Laufentfernung zur Erfurter Innenstadt, sehr gut für einen Besuch dort. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt, die Vermieterin ist für Fragen und Auskünfte schnell erreichbar. Sehr gut (und für Automobilisten unbedingt nötig...) auch die Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche ist verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Schön wäre z.B. eine Kaffée - / Teekanne und ein wenig mehr Geschirr und Schüsseln.

Gute Anbindung an die Öffis und relativ Zentrums nah. Es gibt ein TV mit Streamingdiensten. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine.
Sehr steril und wenig liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war super wackelig und wirkte recht instabil. Bettwäsche war fleckig. Es gibt keine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche. Wenn man den Wasserhahn im Bad auf Kalt stellt, kommt warmes Wasser raus (gilt für das Waschbecken und die Dusche).
