The place itself was nice.
No instructions were provided related to the pick up of the key prior to arrival. Also, the street number was wrong. When it is winter and cold and the only way to get in touch with the owner is by phone and it did not answer from the first attempt, it is less than optimal.

The owner was super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The location was also quite handy as we were in town for a concert at Ernst Happel stadium. The apartment itself is very nice.
Perhaps a note with advice on how to get hot water for shower would be useful, as we couldn't get any and it was too late in the night to contact the owner about this.

I like the facilities - everything was in: kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, bed, table for work.
Wi-fi didn't work at all. When i tried to connect to the host she didn't answer for the whole period (it was 4 days!) - didn't answer my messages on app, didn't answer my calls... That was annoying.
