Es war die richtige Mischung aus urig-gemütlich und in jedem Wohnbereich total sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer- und Raumaufteilung war genau richtig für uns. Jetzt Ende September wurde es gegen Abend etwas kühler: Wir haben um das Einschalten der Zentralheizung gebeten und dies wurde auch sofort erledigt.

Man muss wissen, dass die Lage des Hauses dezentral ist, vom Hauptbahnhof ist es mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr gut 30 Minuten entfernt. Für uns war die ruhige Lage aber gut und auch bewusst gewählt. Es kann auch sein, dass einem der schöne Ausblick fehlt: Man ist im Hinterhof zwischen mehrstöckigen Häusern, wo es auch schon einmal etwas dunkler erscheint (war aber in unserem Fall auch ok...).

The house is located in front of a park where kids play, and so at night, it is perfectly quiet, very calm street - no noise at all - for me this is really important. The appartement has lots of space for clothes (there is a little walk-in - a few more hangers would be great, but that's a detail). The shower is fantastic. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay. Loved the little spot to sit outside as well. It's a 5 minutes walk to the Liechtenstein Palace fabulous park. The tram (Line D) is a short 4 minute walk and take you straight to the center, it's very easy. There is a grocery shopping also 4 minute walk (in front of the tram). I kept reading in the comments that the bed is surprisingly hard, and it's true I must admit, but also surprisingly, it did not bothered me as I thought it would. We slept very well. The pillow and duvet are very plush and comfy. The host is very responsive and kind. And she was flexible with the check-in and check-out time, which was greatly useful to us and much appreciated. We had a great stay and would happily come back here!

It's a bit far to walk to the Center (although we did it), but then, you get a very quiet rest away from the crowd, which is great! I don't have any complains.
