Modern Bed at Bicester Village, Kingsmere

The hosts were really friendly and communication was excellent throughout. The room and bathroom were very clean and felt homely. I was unwell on the morning of check-out and they were incredibly understanding, kindly allowing me to stay well past the usual check-out time.

There was quite a strong smell of curry throughout the property, which lingered in the room. Other than that, I had no issues with my stay. I do have extremely sensitive and heightened sense of smell because I have ADHD, so please bear that in mind.

Very clean room in a new house where the owners rent some rooms. The area is a quiet residential complex with a few shops and a long, enjoyable walk in the park (and then woods). I stayed because it was fairly close to Silverstone, where I was attending MotoGP this weekend. It's a short 30-minute drive from the circuit, which is convenient. The room had all the amenities desiderable, like private shower and toilet, and bathroom toiletries. The bed was big (I believe it was a Queen size) and comfy. Finally, and above all, Pusa was lovely and helpful.

I recommend improving control of the reservation book. I understand that this is not a hotel, but a good diary with the reservations is always useful -for the establishment and for the customer. Also, some guidance on which areas could be used and which are off-limits would be helpful as an introduction when first arriving,
