Pretty basic room but good value. A bit of a walk to get to but nice and secluded from the business of the island. Room was airconditioned and tidy with a clean bathroom. Balcony had lovely view. Staff very polite and helpful.

Bed was a bit hard and only had thin sheet but still fine.

Good location if you want peace and quiet at night but still only a 5 minute walk to the busy part of the island. Yes it’s a bit of a walk uphill but nowhere near as bad as other reviews say. It was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Overall it was good value for money.

My room didn’t have the view that the photos show. Maybe higher up rooms do.

been here before so i already knew what i was getting. large room, large bathroom. amazing view and balcony to sit on. awesome value if you can handle the stairs.

well the stairs as mentioned are insane lol it’s very steep to get up there. the beds were like sleeping on a hard table with a thin sheet on it but loved the pillows. no blankets just 1 thin sheet - can get cold at night. no fridge.

Quick walk from town so close to main hub (might be tough with suitcases since it’s uphill). Bathroom was clean.

If you’re backpacking through and need a quick stop this is more like indoor camping. Beds were pretty solid/firm. Felt like padding over plywood. AC unit in one room wasn’t working well which made for a hot and sticky night. To be fair, we didn’t say anything or try to get it looked at since it was late and we were ready for bed. (Our second room AC worked great). Towels seemed a little dingy looking so we didn’t use. Incredibly loud at night. Music somewhere near and loud, vulgar tenants walking by all night. The reason this is brought up is that windows are slated to open with screen like is common in tropical places, so you hear everything outside. Earplugs or sound machine would help drown that noise out I’m sure.
