Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was big and deep. Staff were amazing!!! everyone was so helpful and kind. Always quick to respond, help and advise. Eduarda and Nom were the best. Like a mother, sister and friend. Location is also pretty good.
Pool water wasn’t the cleanest. There’s a big hill to access the property but you get used to it.

The reception lady was incredibly kind and helpful. She booked us onto the Pirate Ship tour for my birthday, which was such a fun day out, and it was actually cheaper booking through the hostel than elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay. From the first day, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available whenever I needed anything.
The hostel has a very social and welcoming atmosphere, and I met some wonderful people during my stay. I actually ended up staying longer than I originally planned because I felt so comfortable there. The accommodation is clean, organized, and very well maintained. The pool was a lifesaver on the hot days and a great place to relax and meet other travelers. Everything is kept spotless, and the staff are genuinely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always making sure guests have a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 😊

Exceptional staff who are ready to help and advise from smallest to the biggest things in phi phi from the moment you arrive
Other than a steep walk up a hill (that lasts about 2 minutes) I have 0 complaints
