Reap all of the benefits of coastal living in this beachside home. Located in the Côtes-d'Armor area of Brittany, the most northwestern part of France, golden sandy beaches and striking pink granite cliffs are just a stone’s throw from this seaside villa.
Enjoy panoramic sea views thanks to large windows and multiple living spaces to ensure there's always a cosy corner from which to enjoy a glass of wine and a sunset. One of the two living rooms features a fireplace, perfect for getting cosy after a busy day of exploring or cycling around the coastline - bikes are provided so no need to worry about getting around.
This home is ideal for family living, thanks to a private, south-facing garden with plenty of room for playing in, plus a balcony complete with dining table for those all-important family brunches. There's even a ping pong table, which is bound to keep the kids entertained whilst the adults enjoy some well-deserved downtime.
Spend a leisurely morning sipping coffee on the terrace before heading to Fréhel's nautical centre for a spot of surfing the waves, exploring lagoons via paddle board or even boating across the Atlantic Ocean via catamaran.

*Two of the beds in this home are single bunk beds, and therefore require ladder access, so may be more suitable for children rather than adults
*The second bedroom's bunked is made up of a single over a double that can accommodate up to three guests

*Private outdoor parking is available in front of the home for up to four cars
