Outside, the house features a lovely unfenced garden. The courtyard provides convenient parking right by the house, making it easy to load and unload your belongings. A terrace adjacent to the kitchen and dining area allows for effortless outdoor dining. You’ll find a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink. And don’t forget the barbecue, ready for your next cookout.

The ground floor features a living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table, providing direct access to the terrace. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, along with two work surfaces and a small table, also offering direct access to the dining area and terrace.

Brittany is bordered by the coastal path GR 34, with multiple access points within 4 km of your gîte in Pordic. Explore stunning landscapes, including coves, beaches, seaside resorts, natural bays, and remarkable sites like Cap d'Erquy, Cap Fréhel, and Ploumanach – don’t forget your swimsuit! In the Côtes d'Armor region, enjoy activities such as treetop adventure courses, zip-lining in Morieux, visiting casinos in St Quay Portrieux and Val André, or dining at a farm inn in Plélo. The house is easily accessible by car, just five minutes from the town of Pordic where you’ll find grocery stores and a large supermarket open until noon on Sundays. Enjoy nearby beaches and coves. For visitors arriving by train, the nearest station is in Saint-Brieuc, approximately 15 minutes away. The closest airport is Rennes, about a 60-minute drive.

Maison idéale en famille ou avec des amis pour explorer ce superbe coin. Spacieuse, grand jardin avec trampoline, terrasse et barbecue, parfaitement aménagée et équipée. Les propriétaires sont sur place, disponibles et très sympas. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un super weekend. La maison est très chouette. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la grande chambre où ils ont tous pu dormir ensemble ( 5 enfants) ainsi que le trampoline dans le jardin. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine pour faire à manger . Les plages ne sont pas loin et le propriétaire est très gentil.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
