La struttura immersa nel verde, la tranquillità della zona, la vicinanza a Bregenz e la possibilità di trovare ospitalità per tutto il gruppo (eravamo in 8).

Un po' di pulizia in più negli ambienti comuni (scale, sottotetto)... ma sono giusto dei dettagli. Un kit di cortesia di benvenuto (ad esempio cialde caffè, acqua). Per il resto tutto ok!

Nice place, lovely decor, comfortable beds, homely atmosphere.

Too many unnecessary impersonal text messages to 'welcome us'/ attempt to get us to spend more on the sauna ( it was 36 degress outside!). Being asked to pay a large deposit against the " mini bar" which I don't think I've received back yet despite not using anything. It was confusing, as when we arrived, there was no mini bar, just products, which I assume were for sale, left on the table. One message implored us to get in touch if there was anything at all the host could do to help. I replied saying almost immediately saying everything was fine, thank you, and got an immediate " out of office" reply. Good job everything WAS fine!

Le confort des lits, la petite terrasse devant le logement, le parking a proximité.

L'indisponibilité de l'hôte. Nous avions oublié ses affaires dans le logement. Il fut impossible de joindre qui que ce soit pour récupérer nos affaires. Nous sommes retournés sur place mais personne non plus pour nous renseigner.
