The hosts were always available and helpful. The apartment was really clean.
Walking to collect the key was not that comfortable. It would have been great if there was a key box outside the entrance, instead of walking through the whole building.

Es liegt in einer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommenen Appartmentanlage, das wird nicht so ganz klar. Der Gebäudekomplex ist nicht so ansprechend

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber*innen war einwandfrei, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Appartment 6 ist klein, aber für unsere 4köpfige Familie total in Ordnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Spielekeller ist mit tollen Spielen und Schlitten ausgestattet, den haben wir gerne genutzt.
Wir hatten den Eindruck, das auf dem Rücken der Gäste ein Kleinkrieg zwischen Heimatel und den Eigentümer*innen ausgetragen wird. Das hat uns die Pool- und Saunanutzung (hier auch wegen der begrenzten Öffungszeiten) total vermiest. Deshalb war am Ende das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr passend. Die Rosenalm als Anlage fanden wir generell sehr unattraktiv und die Eigentümer*innen regelrecht feindselig anderen Gästen gegenüber.
