Great location near the main road for the bus and near the supermarket and atm. Nice big bed and aircon. Lovely owner who was very helpful. Kitchen and fridge and water which I didn’t realise at first

A few mosquitos but there was a net over the bed which was good. Bathroom was in another room just be aware, not necessarily bad

I recently stayed at Eco Kings Villa for my family holiday, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions such as Madiha/Polhena beach. Colombo-Mathara main road is meters away and you can find the local resturnats, shops, cafes in walking distance. One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The amenities were top-notch. Overall, my stay at Eco Kings Villa was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect holiday retreat!
