チェックインまでの対応はメールだけでしたがとても丁寧でした。 家族だけでゆっくりできる「別荘」体験ができるところがよかったです。 台所用品も十分でした。私たちは家の包丁と食器、サランラップ、台拭きなどを持っていっていたので朝ごはんなど簡単な調理をする予定の方は持参されることをお勧めします。

別荘やコンドミニアムに慣れている方なら問題ないと思います。 私たちとしては 掛け布団、毛布の予備が欲しかった。(エアコンや乾燥に弱いメンバーがいたので、つけっぱなしができず寒がっていました) お風呂に入る際の服を置いておくかご🧺が欲しかった。 2階のベッドルームには カーテンがありませんので 日の出から明るいです。 ゆっくり寝たい方はアイマスクご持参ください。 一番近いスーパーまで車で５分くらい。 コンビニも歩いて行けるところにはありませんので、計画をしっかりたててください。 とくに日曜日、月曜日宿泊の際は夜、終日駅前のお店もやっていませんのでご注意を。

Clean, spaceous, quiet, well-kept and easy (walking) distance from the station which was wonderful when you (as I) travel with a large suitcase. The bathroom was really, really good. Reasonable value for money, though perhaps the place is too big (costly) for just one person. For a family or a group, it would be perfect and well worth the price. Not least for its proximity to Mt. Mitake, a truly beautiful place.

The process prior to arrival was a bit cumbersome and tedious. I received many e-mails from the place, most (all) of which seemed autogenerated. It was a bit of a hassle and I almost didn't identify the actually important information in the flurry. I ended up registering all arrival details twice - perhaps needlessly, but when the system calls (again!) one dares not NOT do it. It was all... confusing.

The accomodation itself was cute, nice deco and they nailed the "base camp" vibe. It wasn't far from the train station, check-in instructions were clear

As many others reviews stated, it was very loud because of the busy road 1m away from the property. The accomodation had almost zero doors, including the toilet. There are no curtains so the light shines in 24 hours a day. We only realised the next morning that some of the windows on the second floor have shutters to block the light—there's no sign or information about them. The projector didn't work properly and turned off randomly. O guess they must spray some toxic bug spray at all the doors, because there were dead bugs all over the floor the next morning, even though we didn't spray anything.
