The place was amazing had all the you could ask for all the right gadgets, hot tub is amazing and the farm animals are a lovely extra

This is in a lovely setting . The alpacas area a lovely addition and entertaining . It was clean and well equipped. At times it did feel cold but there was no instruction for heating. Was only able to get Netflix on tv but you can connect fire stick the television is small . The bed was ok but gets uncomfortable the longer you stay it’s also quite high and anyone with mobility issue or elderly could struggle .

It wasn’t immediately clear that there is an additional charge for the hot tub . This is £50 for the owner to fill with water and supply logs . However there is no further maintenance of this as only water so no ph level checks etc. we did ask to use it but then due to a leg injury making access too difficult we didn’t . However we were still told to pay the charge . We felt this was A bit steep really when we raised this they reluctantly reduced this to £40 telling us we should have cancelled it being filled ! However as I explained in was in foreseeable situation but this was met with no empathy or compassion! This situation was poor and came from greed we felt ! . This charge should be added and included in the cost of your stay not an extra .
