La ubicación es excelente. Lejos de la masificación de Llanes, la casa está cerca del supermercado Alimerka, del centro de Llanes y de las playas, y puedes aparcar junto a la casa El menaje suficiente, aunque eché en falta un lavavajillas. El personal de Casas Rurales de Llanes, empresa que gestiona el alojamiento, muy amable. Hubo un problema con una cisterna del WC y lo solucionaron rápidamente.
La ventana de la habitación del último piso no se puede abrir porque tuvo humedades y el dueño clausuró su apertura. Aunque en el anuncio especifica que tiene barbacoa, no tiene. Deberían corregir el anuncio en Booking
