- Location: A 15 minute walk to town, 20 mins from 3 different beaches. The walk follows a small river to the port. - Facilities: Apartment has a washing machine and sufficient kitchen equipment to self cater.
-Lighting: It was quite dark in the basement apartment. - Noise: Often could hear footsteps from flat above.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, el apartamento pequeño pero acogedor, limpio y cuidado. La localización perfecta para llevar perros y pasear y muy cerca de Llanes. Zona tranquila con gente agradable. Susana atenta y amable.
El aislamiento entre los distintos pisos, se escucha absolutamente todo, a veces complicado el descanso.

The property was very clean and the host was friendly and informative with good communication.
The property was on the second floor which is fine for access, but what it meant is noise from the above apartment was very load. Sound insulation is required between floors as people can be heard entering the room, you hear people walking, talking and at night its snoring. As the property allows dogs, you inevitably can hear barking. The walk into Llanes is stated as 10 mins, it takes 10 if fast walking, but realistically 20 mins and its not a pleasant walking experience as part has no designated path. The price point is high and not good value.
