Good location with walking distance to parks and coffee shops and convenient stores.
Pool table & darts plus points. Able to fit large group.
Air-con & fans all working well.
Quality of towels & toiletries could be beter.
Check-out time of 11am is really quite rush, would be better if push to at least noon.

the facilities complete like pool, washing machine n dryer, microwave, karaoke n snooker, adults n kids enjoyed it well
no mirror in the toilet and at bedrooms , check out time at 11 too rushing for us to get ready n to kept our stuff
