The place is very clean and comfortable. Very near to alot of good food.
The interior is abit worn off. But it can be repaired.

The three of us rented a place with three bedrooms, each room had its own en-suite bathroom, and the space was ample, clean, and comfortable. The living room was also spacious and perfect for relaxing. There were great restaurants nearby, and the location was absolutely one of the ideals.

Lovely clean standalone apartment block in a great location. Nice touch with the auto hot/room/cold temperature water filter/dispenser. Very responsive to queries on online chat.
Staying at the one bedroom apartment at the top floor, some traffic noise does travel upwards during the night. As I am a light sleeper I was woken up several times by loud motorcycle/car acceleration noise. Suggestion to have better sound insulation in the bedroom- like thicker sound insulation curtains etc
