Все було чудово, чисто, та приправлено для проживання.

Диван-ліжко досить розбите, але спати можна. Було б добре замінити. Заїзд для автомобіля - дуже специфічний, з довшим авто, то ще випробування - беріть до уваги.

This is a lovely small but perfectly sized apartment. It js on a very busy street- but the apartment is well back with windows facing the courtyard meaning it was a real oasis- we heard nothing! The living room/kitchen has air conditioning- but because it's small once you keep the bedroom door open the whole place is cool - and even with the high temperatures the bedroom was cool. The apartment has everything- a washing machine and detergent, full equipment in the kitchen. And a lift! They will not store your luggage just fyi

Nothing- I'd have liked a cleaning spray to wipe down the counters after use - and perhaps some new pillows!

The apartment is well located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars, a walking distance from all sights, yet it was very quiet in the room which was a great combination. The underground garage is also a big plus.

Unfortunately, other than the things listed above, there was not much we liked. The kitchen is poorly equipped (no oil, no paper towels, only 1 kitchen cloth etc), but the bigger problem was that the utensils were dirty. When we complained to the host about dirty frying pans, the response was that "the cleaners need to clean several apartments in a day" - we didn't like the tone nor the message sent. There are 6 hours between check out and the next guests check in (during which there is no luggage storage and you have to move the car from the garage), and yet they claim there is no time to clean the apartment properly. Also, the first night we had no hot water due to pipe damage which resulted in muddy water the remainder of the day - far from ideal on a hot June day. Furthermore, as there are no blinds on windows, the room was very light in the morning; there are curtains but they proved not to be black-out ones. All in all, apart from the location and garage for which I will rate this 5/10, there was nothing good about the place especially considering the price, and we particularly disliked the responses received from the host on WhatsApp once we reached out with issues.
