My partner and I just stayed at the Acropolis Magenta hotel in Athens for a week in Feb 2026 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located about 15 min from the Acropolis and Plaka neighborhoods and close to a metro stop as well.
Staff could not have been more kind, welcoming, and hilarious - we got some great quips when we came back at all hours of the morning!
The hotel room was modern, sleek, and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower pressure and hot water. Guests had roof access to a nice terrace with an amazing view of the Acropolis.
10/10 experience, and would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Athens!

The staff was extremely courteous. Everything within walking distance there is a great 24 hour café within walking distance as well with great food. The area felt extremely safe definitely would recommend staying here.

Very nice small hotel, staff was great. I might suggest some smart TVs for streaming as there were no English channels on the Greek cable. Also bring a converter, no usb. The location is excellent very close walk to Acropolis museum area.
