Everything! The most clean hotel we have stayed at, location amazing and staff so friendly! We loved it so much. Breakfast was amazing too!

Location was perfect for us. We are both invalided and need to be close to everything. With taxi access.
The room was a little too small.
I could hear full conversation from the balcony/ room beside us during the afternoon.
Otherwise the room was fine.

Great location but there are other places in the same neighbourhood that are much better.
We were given a room right in front of the elevator/stairs and as the sound proofing is pretty bad we could hear everyone coming and going and chatting in front of our room. The bathroom was clean overall except that the previous visitor’s hair was pasted all over the shower wall and floor. It was really gross! When we checked out no one asked us how our stay had been. Breakfast is very mediocre to bad - even the cornflakes were stale.
